Let's work on this story, now that is fresh on our minds!
A minute for thinking
Do you realize that, the more you think about your problems, the bigger they appear to be? However, the more we know about other people's problems, the more lucky we are. What's the reason for this? Do you figure out any way to prevent that your problems make you feel sad?
Let's talk!
Share with your child a personal story about helping others that helped you feel better at the end. Include details such as things which motivated you to help or things which could have prevented you to help.
Why don't you try this?
One way to overcome shyness when approaching others to offer help would be to carry on with you a little jar with chocolate tears. Almost everyone loves chocolate, and offering a candy is easier than offering help or asking, what's your problem?
